Airbus A320 Captain Based in Athens or Heraklion, Crete, Greece SKY express invites highly experienced and professional aviators to apply for the prestigious position of Airbus A320 Captain. These pivotal roles are based in the dynamic Greek cities of Athens or Heraklion, Crete. The Captain is responsible for leading the flight crew, managing all facets of complex flight operations, and serving as a key ambassador for the values of SKY express. Minimum Requirements and Qualifications Prospective candidates must strictly fulfill the following mandatory criteria: Hold a current EASA ATPL(A) (Airline Transport Pilot Licence). Possess a valid and current Airbus A320 Type Rating. A minimum of 5,000 hours total flying experience is required, including at least 2,000 hours on multi-engine, multi-crew, turbine aircraft with a Maximum Takeoff Weight (MTOW) of 20 tonnes or greater. A minimum of 1,000 Command hours flying experience on Airbus Fly-by-Wire (FBW) aircraft. Hold a valid EASA Class 1 Medical Certificate. English Language Proficiency (ELP) endorsement at Level 4 or higher. Demonstrable fluency in oral and written English communication. Must have completed the last flight on the A320 type within the preceding 12 months. Provide a verifiable No-Incident/Accident Certificate issued by the relevant authority or previous employer. Must possess the unrestricted legal right to live and work within the European Union (EU). Ability to demonstrate high IT literacy. Must provide a clean criminal record certificate.
