Requirements

  • College degree or equivalent a plus
  • Retail management or similar industry experience in a complex high-volume specialty environment preferred
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining positive customer and team relationships
  • Ability to operate register stand and work on feet for multiple hours and lift up to 30 lbs
  • Strong business acumen with planning and prioritization skills
  • Ability to work flexible schedule including days evenings weekends and possible overnight travel
