The Associate Manager supports the General Manager by helping create and execute strategic store plans to ensure profitable business performance, maintaining brand standards, developing talent, and acting as a key decision maker in the GM's absence.

Requirements

  • College degree or equivalent a plus
  • Retail management or similar high-volume specialty experience preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and staff
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 30 lbs and standing for multiple hours
  • Ability to operate register and work varied schedules including evenings weekends and occasional travel
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining positive working relationships
  • Business acumen with strong planning and time management skills
