Responsibilities:
Key responsibilities:
- Implement clerical duties and administrative processes
- Greeting and welcoming guest as they enter the executive floor
- Responsible for the smooth operation of the floor
- Provide polite and professional communication
- Assist executive team with their requirements and requests
- Answering questions and addressing complaints
- Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Submit and reconcile expense reports
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Keeping front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary materials
- Scheduling meetings with external visitors, and the team
- Updating visitors log-in database
- Coordinate office activities (office boy request, driver, security guard)
- Handling Meeting Room Bookings
Qualifications:
To qualify you must have:
- Familiar with office machines (e.g. fax, printer etc.)
- Proficient in English (oral and written)
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Organized, personable, and possess excellent communication skills.
