We’re looking for our first Account Manager to drive an outcome-focused customer experience from onboarding to renewal in our customer’s diverse B2B software space. In the role, you will cultivate strong relationships within various groups of customer organizations to have a consistent pulse on their business outcome achievement. With this knowledge, you will forecast customer usage revenue, close upsell opportunities as well as manage renewals.

We will get you smart on our customers and processes you will be enabled to achieve outcomes that serve our customers and Prismatic goals.

You will...

  • Drive an amazing customer experience from onboarding to renewal
  • Build long-lasting relationships with our customers, acting as the primary point of contact for technical and strategic discussions
  • Evaluate core usage trends, articulating Prismatic’s impact and provide strategic recommendations during account reviews
  • Own account plans that join the right people, schedule, and goals to achieve our customers’ long-term success
  • Forecast customer revenue growth and close customer expansion opportunities
  • Identify and proactively manage risk areas and commit to seeing an issue through to complete resolution.
  • Proactively manage the renewal process, engaging with customers to secure renewals and mitigate churn risks
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders for customer deliverables, challenges, or new feature implementation

You might be a good fit if you...

  • Have 5+ years of customer-facing experience, preferably in customer success or account management.
  • Possess moderate technical skills, ideally from previous experience implementing with or selling to a technical user
  • Are xperienced in technical sales or customer-facing roles within the B2B SaaS industry
  • Are proficient in handling commercial expansion, renewal, and contract discussions
  • Have excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers at all levels.
  • Able to articulate technical concepts to less technical audiences
  • Have an analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Can manage the required non-traditional work hours to meet job duties and responsibilities.
  • Are a self-starter with ability to plan and implement strategy with limited supervision.

The pay range for this role is...

  • $125,000 base with $45,000 variable
