The Account Manager serves as a liaison to communicate the customer’s expectations to the production departments and be responsible for the achievement of the customer’s satisfaction.

• Facilitate client jobs through order entry to billing in partnership with respective departments and sales executives
• Collect and record data required for successful implementation of print, mailing, fulfillment and distribution
• Work with peers and departments to meet expectations of customer, improve quality and performance
• Translate client expectations into actionable specifications and contribute as a part of a multi-disciplinary team to create success
• Resolve questions related to projects promptly
• Communicate schedule, material, quality and delivery information to the customer
• Maintain required documentation relating to job order and changes to the job requirements

• Bachelor's degree, or Associate’s degree plus four years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel

• Solid knowledge of graphics processes and be able to analyze, problem solve, make decisions
• 2+ years of experience using an ERP system like (EFI Monarch)
• Strong verbal, listening and written skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex customer environments and projects
• General Knowledge of conventional press (applications, imposition, substrates, ink, estimating); print production (press, bindery, hand labor); digital small and grand format (applications, substrates, ink, estimating)
• Understanding of Fulfillment technology and distribution methods (Fedex, UPS, USPS)

The national pay range for this role is listed above. The pay range may be slightly lower or higher based on the geographic location. The actual pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission or incentive program.
