About the Role

We’re on a mission to bring Legora to every lawyer who wants to work smarter. As one of our first hires in India, you’ll play a pivotal role in launching and scaling our presence in the region.

This is not just another sales job — it’s a chance to shape how the world’s most ambitious law firms and enterprises adopt AI. You’ll be selling a category-defining product already used by some of the best lawyers in the world — and you’ll help us bring it to many more.

You’ll prospect, engage, and close — working closely with leaders across Product, Legal Engineering, and Marketing. You’ll also help us refine our GTM motion for the Indian market, collaborating directly with senior leadership to build something enduring.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the full sales cycle - from first outreach to closed contract

  • Build relationships with partners at top-tier law firms, General Counsels, and innovation leaders across enterprises

  • Understand workflows and uncover use cases where Legora drives tangible value

  • Deliver high-impact demos and commercial proposals that convert

  • Collaborate with leadership and product to bring client feedback into our roadmap

  • Shape the local playbook - you’ll help define how we grow in India, not just execute

You’ll be the face of Legora in one of the most exciting and fast-growing legal markets in the world.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally with exposure to enterprise or legal clients

  • A proven record of closing complex, high-value deals

  • Sharp commercial instincts and a hunger to exceed targets

  • Curiosity and drive to learn a sophisticated, AI-driven product

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build credibility quickly

  • A growth mindset - you’re energized by early-stage chaos and the opportunity to shape how things are done

  • Comfort working independently while collaborating across time zones with global teams
