About the Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Account Executive to join our growing team. This role is perfect for individuals eager to start their career in sales within a fast-paced, supportive startup environment.
As an AE, you are responsible for the full sales cycle from identifying and engaging with potential customers, nurturing leads, running sales demos, closing the deal, and passing it on to our account management team.

What You’ll Do:
The focus of the role will be to own the full sales cycle from qualifying the lead to closing the sale (all lead identification will be provided in advance).
Conduct outbound sales efforts via high volume cold calling and email sequences
Manage pipeline of active leads and utilize sales software (Hubspot, Orum)
Refine and iterate sales messaging and contribute to growth team brainstorming sessions on improving our sales process
Manage and update prospect data in the CRM system to track progress and ensure accurate reporting
Achieve and exceed monthly quotas
Represent the company at industry conferences and events a few times annually, building relationships, generating leads, and showcasing our solutions to prospective clients.
Who You Are:
1+ years experience in sales, ideally SMB or Fintech
Comfort with reaching out to cold leads through multiple communications channels (phone, email, etc.) with an enthusiasm for developing sales skills through cold calling
Advanced time management skills with the ability to multitask through a high volume of relationships / initiatives at the same time
Desire to work with or experience working with small teams in an agile, startup environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Someone eager to learn and grow in sales!
