Supply Chain Coordinator
Procurement & Vendor Management • Source and negotiate with suppliers for aviation parts, consumables, and equipment. • Manage supplier relationships to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement. • Evaluate supplier performance and maintain approved vendor lists. 2. Inventory & Logistics Coordination • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to prevent shortages. • Oversee warehousing, shipping, and delivery logistics to ensure timely order fulfillment. • Work with logistics partners to optimize shipping routes and reduce costs. 3. Order Processing & Customer Coordination • Process customer orders and ensure timely dispatch of products. • Communicate with clients regarding order status, tracking, and delivery expectations. • Handle urgent Aircraft on Ground (AOG) service requests efficiently . 4. Compliance & Documentation • Maintain accurate records of inventory, purchase orders, and supplier contracts. • Ensure all shipments comply with aviation regulations and quality control standards . • Prepare reports on supply chain performance and recommend improvements. 5. Cross-Functional Collaboration • Work closely with the sales, finance, and technical teams to align supply chain activities with company goals. • Support strategic initiatives to improve operational efficiency and cost management.
Key responsibilities
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with aviation parts, NDT equipment, or aerospace logistics is a plus . • Procurement & Negotiation: Strong skills in vendor management, cost analysis, and contract negotiation. • Logistics & Inventory Management: Experience with inventory tracking systems and logistics coordination. • Problem-Solving: Ability to handle urgent requests like AOG service efficiently. • Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP software, supply chain management tools, and Microsoft Office. • Communication & Collaboration: Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with suppliers, customers, and internal teams. • Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in documentation and compliance with industry standards
