Remote Regional Sales Manager

Euro Plumbing Today is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Remote Regional Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and expand market share. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional with experience in B2B and B2C plumbing, construction, or home services sales. The candidate will be responsible for developing strategic partnerships, managing key accounts, and leading regional sales initiatives to exceed targets.

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to drive business growth in assigned territories. • Identify and cultivate new B2B and B2C sales opportunities with contractors, property managers, and homeowners. • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers to enhance customer acquisition and retention. • Manage and optimize the sales pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring data accuracy and performance tracking. • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align sales efforts with business objectives. • Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities. • Deliver presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations to secure high-value accounts. • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. • Provide detailed sales reports and forecasts to management.

• 3+ years of sales experience in plumbing, construction, home services, or a related field. • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a regional or remote role. • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. • Ability to work independently and manage a remote sales territory effectively. • Proficiency in CRM software, lead generation tools, and digital sales strategies. • Knowledge of plumbing industry trends, regulations, and market demands is a plus.
