Real Estate Sales Associate - Preconstruction Projects
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate, strong communication skills, and experience in sales. As part of our team, you’ll work closely with clients to showcase preconstruction properties, guide them through the buying process, and achieve sales targets.
Key responsibilities
Present and sell Miami preconstruction projects to prospective clients. Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients. Stay up-to-date on Miami’s real estate market and preconstruction trends. Coordinate property tours, sales presentations, and contract negotiations. Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
Skills & Qualifications
Active Florida real estate license. Proven sales experience, preferably in real estate or luxury goods. Strong networking, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Bilingual (English and Spanish) is a plus.
