Hybrid — Greater Seattle Area. Serene Healthcare Talent is hiring a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant-Certified for a Primary Care role serving patients in the Greater Seattle Area.
This role is suited for an experienced provider who can deliver high-quality outpatient care, communicate clearly with patients and care teams, and complete accurate documentation in Elation EMR.
Key responsibilities
- Provide primary care assessments, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
- Manage acute and chronic conditions in an outpatient setting.
- Complete accurate, timely documentation in Elation EMR.
- Coordinate care with clinical staff and external providers.
- Participate in rotating weekend call coverage as required.
- Maintain professional, patient-centered communication with patients and care teams.
Skills & Qualifications
- Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant-Certified.
- Active Washington license required.
- Active DEA registration required.
- 5+ years of Primary Care or Urgent Care experience.
- Experience documenting in Elation EMR.
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and follow-through.
- Availability for 25–30 hours/week or full-time schedule.
