Hybrid role serving patients across the Greater Seattle Area through in-home visits, employer-site clinics, and telehealth. Serene Healthcare Talent is recruiting an experienced FNP or PA-C for a growing primary care practice focused on high-quality, patient-centered care.
Key responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care for adult and family patients
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions
- Perform preventive health assessments and wellness visits
- Develop treatment plans and educate patients clearly
- Document patient encounters in Elation EMR
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team
- Participate in rotating weekend call coverage
Skills & Qualifications
- Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C)
- Active Washington State license
- Active DEA registration
- 5+ years of Primary Care or Urgent Care experience
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Availability for 25–30 hours/week or full-time schedule
- Flexibility between 6:00 AM and 8:00 PM, Sunday–Saturday
