Client Success Manager
We are seeking a dedicated Client Success Manager to join our Business Development department at Your Personal AI. As a Client Success Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients to ensure their satisfaction and success with our products and services.
Key responsibilities
Work closely with clients to understand their needs and goals Provide product demonstrations and training sessions Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and resolve any issues Track and analyze client usage data to optimize their experience
Skills & Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years experience in client success or account management Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding targets Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field Experience in the tech industry is a plus
