Your Role:
As a Youth Soccer Coach, you will be responsible for leading classes in a positive, enthusiastic, and safe environment. You will facilitate skill-building exercises, games, and teamwork activities that not only teach soccer fundamentals but also encourage social skills and sportsmanship.
- Prepare and conduct engaging practices and games for various age groups.
- Use positive reinforcement to motivate and encourage players.
- Foster a love for soccer while promoting teamwork, leadership, and sportsmanship.
- Assist in evaluating players’ progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants at all times.
Requirements
- Passion for working with children and developing their athletic skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively and create a fun atmosphere.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Reliable transportation to and from class locations required.
- Experience working with children in a coaching, teaching, or mentorship capacity preferred.
- Ability to commit to a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Willingness to undergo background checks as required.
