Location: San Francisco – Mission & Potrero Hill neighborhoods
Position Type: Part-Time / Seasonal / Flexible
Compensation: Competitive, based on experience

Are you a passionate about soccer and excited to work with kids? Club Athletico Parceiros (CAP) is looking for energetic, patient, and dedicated coaches to help shape the next generation of players. If you love the game and have experience playing and want to instill that same passion in youth, we’d love to have you on our team.
Who We Are
CAP is a growing community soccer club serving elementary to middle school-aged youth in San Francisco’s Mission and Potrero Hill neighborhoods. We’re more than a club – we’re a place where kids can grow, compete, and fall in love with the beautiful game in a fun and inclusive environment.
What You’ll Do
- Coach practices and games for youth players ages 6–14
- Lead engaging, age-appropriate training sessions focused on skill development and teamwork
- Build a positive team culture and encourage good sportsmanship
- Communicate effectively with players, families, and club staff
- Collaborate with other coaches and attend occasional training or club meetings
What We’re Looking For
- A love of soccer and youth development
- High energy, positivity, and patience
- Ability to connect with kids and create a supportive atmosphere
- Reliability and strong communication skills
- Previous coaching or playing experience is great, but not required
- Willingness to learn and grow as a coach – we’ll support you!
