Henry Hire Solutions is looking for a capable web developer to complete our website and improve our hiring processes through new integrations. This is a contract role where the hired developer will focus on high-quality solutions for our online presence and hiring efficiency.
Finish website development, ensuring all features meet project needs.
Work with internal teams to find integration needs for hiring processes and create solutions to improve efficiency.
Test and debug integrations for seamless function and performance.
Provide technical expertise and advice to junior developers or team members on the project.
Document development steps, including codebase, configurations, and integration details.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
3+ years of web development experience with strong skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and relevant libraries.
Proven history of completing website projects, ideally in a business setting.
Experience with system integration and API development.
Knowledge of hiring processes and HR systems is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
