Job Overview:
Feme Ltd, a fast-growing UK-based distribution and logistics company, is currently seeking reliable and motivated Warehouse Workers / Order Pickers to join their warehouse team. This hands-on role is vital to the daily operations of the warehouse, focusing on picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Visa sponsorship is available for international candidates who meet the eligibility criteria for the UK Skilled Worker visa.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using scanning systems
- Prepare items for shipment and ensure timely dispatch
- Perform inventory checks and restock shelves as needed
- Load and unload delivery vehicles
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the warehouse
- Follow all health and safety regulations and company procedures
- Report stock discrepancies or damaged goods
Requirements:
- Previous warehouse or order picking experience is preferred but not required (training provided)
- Basic English language skills (spoken and written)
- Physically fit and able to stand, walk, and lift items during shifts
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Must meet the UK Skilled Worker visa requirements
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and evenings
