Overview
HealthPRO Heritage has an exciting opportunity to lead the Talent Acquisition team! The VP of Talent Acquisition will lead the Talent Acquisition team and recruiting organization. The VP’s focus will be both strategic and tactical, driving workforce planning, implementing outcome-based recruitment strategies, and being accountable for improving key TA metrics such as time-to-fill, candidate drop-off, and new hire retention. Responsibilities include developing and delivering a highly effective staffing process and partnering with Sr. Business and HR leaders to develop best-in-class programs, standards and practices that establish HealthPRO Heritage as an employer of choice. The VP will serve as a thought leader on sourcing, assessment and selection techniques to ensure a highly effective, results oriented recruitment and selection process. It is imperative that the leader has both a strategic and tactical focus, transforming Talent Acquisition into a high-performance adaptable function, creating new sourcing capabilities, achieving service delivery excellence and establishing standard work that creates a highly efficient staffing process.

Qualifications
- 5-10 years’ experience with the ability to lead a functional area of the company and make critical business decisions.
- Experience solving difficult business issues with creative solutions.
- Ability to drive enterprise wide strategies and goals. Able to interact with high-level decision makers.
- Strong conceptual and analytical skills. Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with all levels of company personnel.
- Ability to coach and develop a team. Prior experience in implementing and managing an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Knowledge of HR practices such as OFCCP, AAP, Recruitment, Employee Relations, Compensation and Benefits
