About the job:

LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to head our North American Fraud and Identity Professional Services team within the Business Services division. You will lead a talented team of fraud and identity experts, collaborate with cross-functional departments, and partner with key external stakeholders to design and deliver market-leading services that help our clients mitigate risk and enhance trust in their business operations. You will play a vital role in talent development alongside achieving financial goals within the consultancy practice.

Responsibilities:

Team Leadership and Development: Build and develop talent to achieve business objectives and long-term organization growth. Further a culture of innovation, collaboration and growth, creating an environment for consultants to shine.

World Class Consulting: Through best practice/process adoption, deliver world class consulting where customer delight leads to sustainable revenue.

Preferred Requirements:

8+ years’ experience in the financial institution, security, risk, or authentication space alongside experience in cyber security and enterprise architectures. Increasing leadership roles with a focus on fraud and identity and a proven track record of delivery and strategic

Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with a passion for developing and motivating high-performing teams impact. Proficient at forecasting consulting capacity and future team needs.

Strong communication and relationship-building abilities, with the capacity to influence change through collaboration with senior internal and external stakeholders.

Strong experience and knowledge of fraud and identity regulations, trends and analytic practices.

Entrepreneurial spirit and extremely proficient problem-solving skills to understand the problem/issue that the customer needs to have solved – involving in-depth research, asking correct probing questions, drawing valid conclusions, and identifying risks

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with exceptional academic achievement; master's degree preferred.

Some domestic travel required.

The salary range provided in this posting is the base salary range for NYC:$203,000.00 - $377,200.00
