Role Overview:
We are looking to hire a reliable and diligent Verification Officer who will be responsible for field assessment and every activity related to the verification of our champion's documentation and credibility.
What You’ll Do:
- Ensure timely completion of all verifications and reporting in compliance with the outlined processes
- Ensure all application data is accurately verified in terms of laid down procedures and a full audit of the applications is completed to ensure internal fraud is prohibited
- Verify captured applications against the physical documents and delivery of confidential documents if required.
- Assist in carrying out proper investigation and identifying discrepancies on the application documents as well as the supporting documents
- Perform adequate Customer due diligence checks.
- Performance of Character check, skip and address tracing as officially required
- Skilfully conduct Skip tracing to unveil false or true identity
- Improve External Customer Experience via targeted process improvement
