Position Summary...
This role will develop and manage energy infrastructure projects to enhance energy security, affordability, and resilience while supporting our sustainability objectives. As our electricity demand increases due to expansion, automation, and electrification, the role balances rising costs and accelerates decarbonization. It aims to capture new value streams and promote broader decarbonization among customers and suppliers.Reporting to the Senior Director, Energy Project Development, this position is based in Bentonville, Arkansas, with no remote applicants considered.

Our team engages in renewable energy strategy, sustainable facilities, business strategy, utility partnerships, mobility strategy, engineering, environmental health and safety, compliance, construction operations, and energy project development.
What you'll do...
Leads site development for energy projects, collaborating with partners, stakeholders, engineers, and consultants for successful project completion
Evaluates market strategies and project feasibility, considering dynamics, economics, regulations, risks, and timelines
Accelerates energy infrastructure deployment by systematically identifying high-priority sites for streamlined execution
What you’ll bring…
Deep understanding of local energy markets, project development, and risk management
Deep understanding of rates and tariff structure, including NEM, NEB and FiTs
Ability to translate market understanding into strategies for economic value and energy security
Experience regional regulations, interconnection and permitting processes
Knowledge of utility coordination, environmental impact assessment, and engineering
Strong communication skills, stakeholder management, experience with negotiations, risk mitigation, and project management

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$130,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
