We are seeking experienced Warehouse Managers to lead operations in our Bristol facility under UK Skilled Worker Visa Sponsorship.

As a Warehouse Manager, you will oversee day-to-day operations, manage warehouse teams, and ensure smooth inventory and logistics flow while maintaining safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily warehouse operations – receiving, storage & dispatch
• Supervise and train warehouse staff
• Maintain stock control & ensure accurate records
• Ensure compliance with UK health & safety standards
• Collaborate with logistics partners & suppliers
• Report performance metrics & improve operational processes

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager/Supervisor
• Strong leadership, communication & organisational skills
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Eligible for UK Skilled Worker Visa (Tier 2 Sponsorship)

Job Details:

• Contract Type: Full-time
• Hours: 40 hours/week (+ paid overtime)
• Salary: £28,000/year (probation) → £33,000/year (after probation)
• Processing Time: 1 week (Interview → Offer → CoS)
• Dependants: Allowed
• Location: Bristol, United Kingdom
