Join a leading care home in Luton, United Kingdom, as a Female Care Assistant (SOC 6135) with Tier 2 Local Sponsorship available for eligible PSW / Care-to-Care applicants.

This full-time, permanent position is perfect for compassionate individuals ready to make a difference. Applicants must have a valid UK driving licence and be female. Dependents are allowed for Care-to-Care candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing & grooming
  • Support mobility and personal hygiene needs
  • Monitor and record residents’ health & wellbeing
  • Administer medication under supervision (if trained)
  • Encourage social interaction and activities
