Job Responsibilities:

• Convert design mockups into HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for frontend development.
• Optimize web and mobile applications for performance, accessibility, and usability.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure pixel-perfect UI implementation.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to enhance design efficiency.
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, frameworks, and design tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or final-year students).
• Experience: 0 to 6 months in UI/UX design (internships, projects, or self-learning).
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools.
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design.
• Familiarity with frontend frameworks like React.js, Vue.js, or Angular (preferred, but not mandatory).
• Knowledge of color theory, typography, and design systems.
• Basic understanding of user psychology and interaction design principles.

Preferred (But Not Mandatory):

• Experience with CSS frameworks like Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, or Material UI.
• Understanding of motion design and animations using CSS or JavaScript.
• Knowledge of A/B testing, heatmaps, and user analytics tools.
• Familiarity with WCAG accessibility guidelines.
• Certifications in UI/UX design or frontend development (a plus).
