Travel Consultant – 3 month Contract – Central London – £100per day
STR Group are currently recruiting for a Travel Consultant for a large travel organisation in Central London.
The position is a 3 month contract position, paying £100-£115 per day.
We are ideally looking for candidates who have had experience in Visa and Passport applications and answering any queries.
Main responsibilities:
* Handling Passport and Visa enquiries from our clients
* Answering any Passport and Visa related queries for our clients and internal stakeholders
* Checking applications received directly by us, completing an application on the clients behalf and ensuring all relevant documents are forwarded
* Assisting our Invoice Team with any invoicing/billing related activity
* Handling queries and complaints via phone and email
Applicants must have previous experience of working in a customer focused / service environment with Passport’s and Visa’s, ideally having worked within the travel industry and with experience using a Travel GDS system such as Amadeus, Galileo, Worldspan or Sabre.
