We are looking for
We are looking for new travel agents with experience in the Travel Industry and customer care who have the ability to solve customer concerns and create a seamless customer experience.
Your role in BizAway
- Made a reservation for our Client through the Platform and using our Provider
- Responding to our Client’s requests through phone, chat, mail, and travel requests through our platform
- Entering customer information in our system to issue a reservation or update the booking
- Explaining rules and procedures to use our service on the Platform
- Explaining rules of service (hotel, car, train, etc)
Your basic qualifications
- +5 years of previous experience in the Travel Industry
- Excellent knowledge of GDS systems or previous experience in a local travel agency
- Excellent knowledge of both written and spoken Spanish (B2 and up)
- Availability to work in shifts (also night shift from 22 to 7 in the morning)
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must pass pre-employment skills testing and background check
