Profile - Trainee Associate

Desired Experience: Freshers

Course Specialization: Any Graduate from Engineering or Degree

Target Batch: 2021 and 2022

Salary: INR 2.5 LPA

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Associate is responsible for back-office tasks includes Customer account creation, payment validations and invoices for customers.
• Receive and enter the billing activities.
• Build Work Instructions
• Maintain the billing task queue and ensure professional, timely, and complete responses to all inquiries
• Takes ownership and ensure tasks are completed on time with accuracy
• Engages proactively, multitasking effectively.
• Assist clients by demonstrating and answering any questions they may have.
• Respond promptly and professionally to incoming customer inquiries in person, over phone or mails and chats.
• Establish and maintain good rapport with customers by using positive attitude and anticipating their needs.

Course Specialization:

• Qualification: Any Graduate from Engineering or Degree
• Minimum CGPA of 6.5/10 or 60% in Graduation and 60% in 10th & Intermediate/Diploma
• There should be No Backlogs at the time of Selection Process.
Should be from a Full-time Degree course recognized by the Central/State Government of India.
Knowledge/Skills/Professional Requirements:
• Good Communication and Analytical Skills
• Good in MS Excel
• Comfortable dealing with numbers
• Must be flexible to work in flexible shifts to rotational shifts and W/OFF's
