- Must possess computer skills with a keen understanding of business software such as MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word documents, email, and calendar
- Superior negotiating and influencing skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must have a vehicle maintained in good working order, current valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance documentation
