Sales Executive – Wolverhampton – Permanent – £18,000 – £22,000 per annum (up to £28k OTE)

You will be working as a part of a small team supporting the growth of one of the fastest growing fuel card company. You will be in a very fast paced environment working to set and achieve targets as a part of a team.
This is a desk based role exclusively for the company’s BA scheme making outbound calls for new sales and customer retention.
Responsibilities:
* To generate new customers to achieve sales targets
* To retain existing customers and up sell services to achieve customer retention and satisfaction targets
* To achieve targets for calls, contacts, conversions and card use
* To not only follow up marketing campaigns but self-generate sales via developing a database, use of social media, focus on industries, and referrals
Experience:
* Good experience in cold calling experience in B2B telesales
* Basic PC/literacy skills – the confident use of MS Word, Excel and Outlook to a basic standard. To be able to create letters from scratch, use spread sheets to capture and store data in a clear and logical manner.
* Able to communicate with people at all levels (basic users, third party suppliers) – Good interpersonal skills and the ability to establish and develop internal and external relationships
