Responsibilities

  • Work closely with PMs, and Engineering Leads to identify the critical user journeys and create information architectures that help customers through those journeys.
  • Write technical documentation for security analysts including new features, how-to guides, Release Notes and reference docs.
  • Rewrite and reorganize existing documentation to improve the customer experience.
  • Edit, clarify, and proofread documents written by others on the team to match the Google style guidelines.
  • Manage documentation projects, and take responsibility for the quality of your documentation.
