Deicate approximately 20% of time to active project support, due to the current low volume of projects. What are we looking for Basic Coding Knowledge Understanding of coding logic and principles Ability to follow and apply technical support or customer service in a technical field. Capacity to troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues. Technical Support Proficiency Basic experience in providing technical support or customer service in a technical field Capability to troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues. Attention to detail Ensure accuracy in identity verification and issue resolution to prevent user errors and scams. Record and report any discrepancies or issues encountered during support tasks Communication Skills Good verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with users and team members. Ability to document support procedures and user issues clearly Preferred Experience Junior developers or individuals starting their careers in coding and technical support. Those with a general knowledge of coding and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technical requirements Training and Onboarding Attend initial and ongoing training sessions with CEO.
