Technical Project Manager
We're looking for a Technical Project Manager with strong leadership, interpersonal skills, and technical acumen to lead bank and fintech integrations. You’ll be instrumental in implementing, building, and nurturing relationships with our bank and fintech customers. This is a great opportunity to have a huge impact on building a team and company culture from the earliest stages.
You will:
- Lead, coordinate, and manage multiple bank and fintech projects through their entire lifecycle
- Understand how to help our bank and fintech customers build successful and scalable integrations to promote long-term growth and platform adoption
- Shape and drive medium and long-term strategic initiatives and roadmaps in collaboration with fintech and bank partners that will deliver quantifiable business results
- Identify and analyze risks and opportunities; create contingency plans and identify triggers to ensure we are able to deliver on customer goals/timelines
- Lead, navigate, and advocate for your customer throughout their Treasury Prime journey
- Collaborate cross functionally with Relationship Managers, Sales, Product, Support and Engineering to offer feedback on customer insights, partner on technical issues, and advocate for product enhancements
- Leverage AI-powered tools to enhance operational efficiency and streamline daily workflows
You may be a good fit if you:
- Have 3+ years of experience in technical program management experience
- Are tech-savvy, willing to dive into details, and able to quickly gain a deep understanding of our products and our customers
- Have the ability to operate in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced environment while playing a multitude of different roles at a prior fintech or startup
- Have a general understanding of REST APIs
- Have the ability to understand the highly regulated banking industry and relate it to the complex technical requirements of our fintech partners
- Possess the business acumen to influence decisions with internal & external stakeholders
- Are experienced in successfully leading complex, multi-disciplinary integrations from a position in program management, product, sales, customer success, or a similar role
- Have a strong project management background with the ability to lead multiple simultaneous projects
- Have a working style that emphasizes openness, collaboration, and visibility
- Are a confident, results-oriented, and decisive leader with the capacity to balance the big picture and strategic priorities with a focus on operations and execution
- Strong presentation skills, for both virtual and in-person meetings with multiple stakeholders
- Strong interest in the intersection of technology and financial services
- Have experience implementing card programs at banks and fintechs
