Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive alignment and progress toward shared goals.
  • Release Management: Coordinate release readiness, QA/UAT, documentation, and rollout communications across teams. Design, establish, and iterate on best practices and repeatable processes for operational excellence, including incident management and leading post-mortem's, etc.
  • Customer Activation Support: Track proof-of-value (POV) trials and onboarding progress; summarize blockers and ensure follow-through with owners. Consolidate incoming issues and feedback, ensure reproducibility, and route them to the right teams quickly.
  • Product Operations: Collaborate with Product teams to streamline product launch processes, gather user feedback, and ensure efficient post-launch support. Help build and maintain dashboards showing release status, activation metrics, and issue resolution rates.
