About the Role
As a Technical Program Manager at Auxia, you will drive the execution of complex, high-impact projects across multiple teams. You will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of scalable, AI-powered solutions that meet the needs of our enterprise customers. In addition to program execution, you will act as a liaison between customer teams and internal engineering, ensuring prompt communication of the status of customer requests and helping the team prioritize effectively.
This role requires a strong technical background, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Define and manage project scope, timelines, and success metrics for complex, multi-team programs.
- Collaborate with engineering, product management, data science, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and technical requirements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer requests, ensuring timely updates on their status and progress.
- Work closely with customer success and engineering teams to prioritize customer-driven requests and incorporate them into the overall project roadmap.
- Proactively identify and resolve technical and organizational roadblocks, ensuring seamless execution.
- Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders, providing regular updates on program status, risks, and mitigations.
- Develop and implement program management best practices to enhance efficiency and team collaboration.
- Drive end-to-end delivery of technical projects, from concept to deployment and beyond, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Monitor program KPIs and use data-driven insights to influence decisions and continuously improve processes.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, Project Manager, or similar role, preferably in SaaS, AI/ML, or enterprise software environments.
- Strong technical background, with an understanding of software development lifecycles, AI/ML systems, and scalable distributed systems.
- Experience working closely with engineering teams to deliver high-quality, impactful solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to manage customer-facing programs, including handling requests and providing clear, prompt communication.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to mitigating risks and resolving challenges.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, capable of effectively interacting with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with Agile or other iterative development methodologies is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, data pipelines, or AI-powered systems is an advantage.
