Reporting to the Resourcing Manager and working with a global team of recruitment experts, your responsibilities include:
- Partnering with leaders to understand current and future hiring needs, while coaching and guiding them through the recruitment process.
- Proactively sourcing talent for both active roles and pipeline opportunities, using diverse methods such as social platforms, referrals, and events.
- Managing full-cycle recruitment in collaboration with internal stakeholders to deliver the best possible outcomes.
- Leading resourcing initiatives, including process improvements, diversity and inclusion, reporting, and marketing/branding activities.
- Delivering a high level of candidate care by ensuring a positive and professional experience at every stage of the recruitment process.

- An experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist, ideally with exposure to engineering, resources, or construction, either in-house or agency.
- A relationship builder who knows how to connect with people, whether it’s the candidates you source or the hiring leaders you partner with.
- A head-hunter with experience in sourcing passive candidates and confidence in using a range of methods, including social platforms, to find exceptional talent.
