As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Rochelle Park, NJ office—and help us find and onboard the very best caregivers across the region.
About the Role
As our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll be the heart of our recruitment efforts—connecting with exceptional HHAs, CNAs, and Nurses who share our dedication to excellence. You’ll bring creativity, drive, and heart to every search, ensuring that every hire meets both state compliance standards and our high internal expectations for quality and care.
This is a full-time position with yearly salary range $70,000 - $80,000 a year based on experience.
What You’ll Do
Manage and optimize job postings across multiple recruiting platforms
Build lasting community partnerships—attend job fairs, visit schools, and network regularly
Oversee the full recruitment cycle: from phone screening and interviewing to document collection and onboarding
Ensure every hire meets NJ State compliance and internal standards
Consistently deliver 5 fully onboard-ready caregivers each week
Lead and participate in new hire orientations, creating a warm, engaging first impression
Promote our referral program and champion employee engagement initiatives
What You Bring
Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s preferred
2+ years of home care or healthcare recruiting experience (HHAs, CNAs, or Nurses)
Proven success with social media recruiting strategies
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) a plus
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
