Job Description (Operations):
- Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services
- Direct, optimize and coordination with 3rd Party Logistics and Marketplaces.
- Designing and implementation of new fulfilment solutions catering to the client needs.
- Liaise and negotiate with vendors.
- Keep track of quality, quantity, orders level, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
- Resolve any arising problems or complaints
- Supervise, coach and train warehouse workforce
- Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets
- Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements
- Comply with laws, regulations and ISO requirements
Account Management:
- Serve as the link of communication between client and internal teams
- Understanding of client’s needs and requirements
- Continuously proposing solutions to meet client’s objectives
- Coordinate with client’s first mile provider for any transfer order (TO) from Duty Free Warehouse to Duty Paid Warehouse.
- Ensure all the permits declared to Singapore Custom are correct.
- Liaise with the operation team on the incoming transfer order.
- Creation of Purchase Orders (PO) in aCommerce system for operation team to inbound.
- Ensure the correct products are been created and listed upon request.
- Resolve any issues and problems faced by client and deal with the escalation to maintain trust.
Job Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Business Management/Supply Chain or equivalent
- At least 3 years relevant experience in end to end operations, preferably in an Ecommerce or startup company
- Excellent in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPT)
- Strong client-facing experience needed
- Analytical & data driven
- Quick leaner & self-motivated
- Proactive and a proven problem solver
