Your opportunity:
As a Structural Engineer, you will act as an expert in the field of constructive solutions applied to yacht-building projects. Daily, you will be cooperating with all the other departments (mechanical, electrical, interior, and exterior), as well as external stakeholders. You will focus on making the arrangement drawings and calculations, such as strength and stiffness, always keeping in mind the requirements of the Classification Societies.
What you will do:
- Performing all structural calculations for mega yacht projects
- Producing and checking the construction drawings in reference to load and materials
- Being the main knowledge carrier in the project team for the structural discipline
- Communicating on a daily basis with other departments that are involved in the project (mechanical, interior, exterior, structural, and naval architecture)
- Providing production support for all structural-related questions
- Reporting to the Project Engineer Structural

What you already have:
- +2 years of experience in structural calculations within yacht or shipbuilding sectors
- BSc. or MSc. in Naval Architecture or Naval Engineering
- A proactive and independent approach, since you will be involved in projects from start to finish
- Excellent knowledge of rules & regulations for super yachts +80m
- Experience with Classification Societies is a big asset
- Good working knowledge of AutoCAD, and Siemens NX is a huge plus!
- Excellent communication skills and fluent English so that you can communicate efficiently with your multi-cultural team and clients
