Job Description
Senior Business Analyst
This role will be based in Bangalore, India.

Qualifications
Roles and responsibilities –
- Own and manage program and portfolio for Automation and AI programs, execution of roadmap, and reporting.
- Support multiple programs to deliver their objectives in fast-paced environment.
- Develop strong partnerships with Business leaders to drive focus on strategic and tactical program objectives.
- Drive alignments and prioritization across all initiatives, manage roadmap for a single consistent view and lead communications.
- Lead efforts to identify risks, resolve key project conflicts, and establish appropriate resolution paths.
- Proactively identify opportunities for and implement process improvements with an operational excellence mindset.
Basic Qualifications –
- B.E./B.Tech. Engineering, Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
- 7+ years professional experience in a technical team, managing programs/projects
- Exposure to Automation and AI projects
- Proven track record of leading strategic and operational cross-functional initiatives in a high-growth, performance-focused environment
- Highly collaborative working style with strong influence skills
- 2+ years of hands-on software development experience
- Cross Functional Collaboration
- SQL, Power Point, Jira
- Program Management
