An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and dedicated Social Work Team Manager to join the Family Support Team in Bradford. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Family Support Team to deliver high-quality services in line with local authority standards and policies.

• Oversee case management and provide supervision and guidance to ensure effective and efficient handling of cases.

• Collaborate with stakeholders across the Bradford Children and Families Trust to support joined-up service delivery and continuous improvement.

• Monitor and assess team performance, offering constructive feedback and professional development support.

• Engage with families to assess needs, develop tailored support plans, and promote positive outcomes.

• Champion innovation within the team, implementing best practices and driving service enhancements.

Requirements:

• Qualified Social Worker with current registration (Social Work England).

• Proven experience in managing or supervising a social work team, ideally within family support or children’s services.

• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively and foster a positive, supportive team environment.
