About the job
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering with License
- At least 5 years working experience in construction or the same field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Can work from Monday to Saturday (Sunday or Holiday if need) as well as shifting schedule
- Amenable to work as Project-based Employee
Responsibilities:
- Manage, develop, create and maintain small-scale through to large-scale construction projects in a safe, timely and sustainable manner
- Conduct site inspection and daily photographs
- Prepare documents like method statements, inspection request, non-conformance and others
- Supervise and monitor subcontractor's activity, manpower, equipment and tools
- Prepare weekly, bi-weekly and three months schedule
- Can read drawings
- Prepare estimates
- Attend inspection with client and consultant
- Understand the basic safety regulations and apply it for construction site
- Calculate quantities of materials to be used at the construction site
