About the job

We are looking for you as a Service Engineer (m/f/d) for our branch in Wülfrath (Mettmann district) at the earliest possible date.

Your tasks

These areas of work await you:

  • Construction and wiring of switchgear
  • Carry out and monitor installation work
  • Hardware commissioning on our customer systems
  • IO check during system commissioning
  • Parameterization of sensors and actuators
  • Signal test from the field to the PLC and visualization
  • Troubleshooting and correction
  • Support with software commissioning
  • Document changes for plan revisions
  • Creation and execution of measurement and test protocols
  • The work is mainly carried out on changing construction sites

Your qualification

That sets you apart:

  • Completed training as an energy system electronics technician (m/f/d) or comparable
  • Further training as an electrical engineer or master electrical engineer desirable
  • Experience in the commissioning of machines and systems desirable
  • Experience with assembly and installation activities desirable
  • Basic knowledge of Step7
  • Experience in measurement and control technology
  • Experience in parameterizing sensors and actuators
  • Willingness to travel
  • Knowledge of English
