What would you do? Overall responsible for Aggregate reports team. Tracking of stages and milestones of Aggregate reports as per predefined schedule. Follow escalation process as per client’s process. Management of AR workload within the Accenture team. Oversight on the AR mailbox management. Allocation and prioritization of reports between Accenture Personnel. Ensure the delivery of reports within agreed timelines. Liaising with client for any issue mitigation and troubleshooting. Ensure training and mentoring of new associates and documentation of the same. Address any quality related issues and implementation of quality improvement initiatives for the team. Provide delivery updates in service delivery review meeting and operation steering committee meeting. Ensure retention. Plan the resource allocation for the respective reports as per Clients’ PV calendar. Address any quality related issues and implementation of quality improvement initiatives for the team.
