As a Senior Sales Recruiter, you will build out our Revenue teams, shape the hiring strategy, partner with stakeholders, own the full life cycle from beginning to end and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.

You'll join a small team from companies like Atlassian, Intercom, and GitHub, and you'll have an immediate impact on our product and customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the full life cycle recruiting funnel

  • Source top talent for high impact sales roles with tools such as LinkedIn, Gem and others.

  • Devise top of funnel strategy, drive searches, own relationships with candidates through offer

  • Partner and build relationships with the sales leadership team on talent strategy, contributing your expertise on the market, workforce planning, interview best practices, and effective recruiting process to ensure we have a world-class talent function

  • Use market intelligence and funnel metrics to inform your search strategy and build a trusting relationship with leaders and hiring managers

  • Champion a differentiated, exceptional candidate experience, partnering closely with our Recruiting Coordinator to ensure all candidates leave our doors feeling inspired, supported, and informed.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of recruiting experience with emphasis on sales recruiting

  • Pipeline management including identification, interview preparation and closing candidates

  • Ability to assess candidate's competencies; identify and match candidate's behavioral traits

  • Proven ability to take a proactive, consultative approach with relationships, building trust consistently and quickly

  • Self-starter, motivated and detailed/results-oriented

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Team player

  • Ability to connect and effectively communicate with people of all levels

  • Must thrive and be able to prioritize in a constantly changing environment

Pay:

Target pay ranges based on Geographic Zones* for Level 4:

  • Zone 1: San Francisco/Bay Area or NYC Metropolitan Area: $138,000 - $162,000**

  • Zone 2: Boston, DC, Irvine, LA, Monterey, Santa Barbara, Santa Rosa, Seattle: $124,000 - $146,000**

  • Zone 3: All other US locations: $117,000 - $138,000**

LaunchDarkly operates from a place of high trust and transparency; we are happy to state the pay range for our open roles to best align with your needs. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.

*Within the United States, our geographic pay zones are defined by counties surrounding major metropolitan areas.
**Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), health, vision, and dental insurance, and mental health benefits in addition to salary.
