Senior Sales Officer Looking for dedicated, experienced person to drive sales in Kheyti farmer cluster Kheyti and our promise We exist to increase incomes for farmers affected by climate change - currently building this. We wish to see every farmer be climate-smart. We are working on 3 biggest challenges of our time - climate change, livelihoods & food security! We focus on their growth and give flexibility. What you will do Generate leads and improve conversion rate. Conduct sales pitch meetings and preparing presentations. Help cluster team expand to new districts. Identify potential customers to strengthen Kheyti’s sales capacity. Target oriented and customer service focused. Thinking on new strategies to improve the sales in the cluster. Working closely with farmers in rural areas and show a active interest in providing the services. Ideal persona Qualifications 4+ years experience in sales, preferably rural sales Must have 1+ year experience in Agri sales Willingness to live and work in rural India Any Bachelor Degree from a recognized Institute Attitudes / Ambitions The cause of the company matters in addition to job function Building teams is more exciting to you than being an individual “hero” You thrive when given extreme autonomy and in environments without hierarchy You want to grow to be the Cluster head of a medium sized company in a few years Process Application: jobs.kheyti.com Resume shortlist Round 1 interview Field Visit Round 2 interview
