About the job
Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities in the market for the company's engineering services and products across industries such as FMCGs, Automotive, Packaging, Food & Beverage, and Detergents.
- Secure contracts for engineering projects in the Egyptian market by presenting solutions, negotiating terms, and closing deals with new and existing clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients by understanding their needs, providing excellent pre-sales and post-sales support, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Form relationships with new potential clients in the target industries and expand the company's client base in Egypt.
- Coordinate closely with the technical team within the organization to ensure seamless alignment between sales, engineering, and project delivery.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets through effective prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and account management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
- 4-5 years of relevant experience in sales engineering, preferably in the FMCG, Automotive, Packaging, Food & Beverage, or Detergents industries.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic languages.
- Strong technical understanding of engineering products and solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
