About The Role
As the Senior Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in driving our global talent acquisition strategy. You will be responsible for partnering closely with senior leadership, including VP/Director level stakeholders, to understand business objectives and talent needs and manage the end-to-end recruiting process to deliver against the objectives.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Strategic Talent Acquisition. You will develop and execute a comprehensive global talent acquisition strategy aligned with business objectives and growth plans, and provide data-driven insights by utilising metrics to track recruiting effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.
- Stakeholder Management. You will build and maintain strong relationships with VP/Director level stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and provide strategic talent acquisition guidance.
- Full Recruiting Lifecycle. You will operate with autonomy, and take ownership of the end-to-end recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates for various roles across different regions/verticals/functions.
- Talent Pipeline Development. You will proactively build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to ensure a continuous flow of high-quality candidates, and utilise a variety of sourcing techniques to identify and attract top-tier talent .
- Collaboration. You will act as a subject-matter expert by providing support to cross-functional relevant projects, initiatives, or programs, and work closely with People Partnering colleagues to coordinate and improve talent acquisition processes related to recruitment and on-boarding.
- You have 5 years of experience in talent acquisition within a fast-paced environment, with a focus on global recruitment and senior-level stakeholder management.
- You have a proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top-tier talent in a competitive market across various functions and geographies.
- You have knowledge of recruiting systems and processes, job posting technology, social media tools/trends, and recruiting channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter.
- You have strong quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to run data analysis, focusing on details.
- You have strong communication and consulting skills with the ability to work within a diversified business culture.
- You have a passion for recruiting, “closing” top talent, and being the strongest advocate for the company you are representing.
