We're well-funded and are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Manager to join our core team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of shaping and delivering high-quality, user-facing products that are intuitive, scalable, and solve real customer pain points.
About the Role:
We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the definition and development of our data observability product. This is a high-ownership, hands-on role that reports directly to the CEO. There’s no VP of Product above you — you own it end-to-end.
You’ll work closely with engineering, design, and users to deliver a product that gives data engineers and platform teams clear visibility into distributed workloads, so they can work faster, reduce costs, and scale with confidence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the full product lifecycle: strategy → definition → execution → launch → iteration
- Drive customer discovery and translate insights into crisp product decisions
- Define the product vision and roadmap for data Observability
- Work with design and engineering to build intuitive, developer-friendly tools
- Write clear product specs, use cases, and user stories
- Define and track KPIs to measure adoption, value, and engagement
- Represent the customer internally and support key go-to-market efforts
- Balance speed with technical and UX trade-offs to deliver smart, lean solutions

- Familiarity with metrics, logging, and monitoring platforms
