At Majid Al Futtaim Entertainment (VOX Cinemas), the Senior Product Manager – Home Delivery leads and scales the Food & Beverage online delivery business for VOX Cinemas and shadow brands while managing Candy Bar partnerships regionally. The role develops and implements a data-driven strategy to expand Home Delivery, identifies new growth opportunities through research and analysis to address performance gaps, sets and manages the Home Delivery budget and forecasts, and oversees end-to-end delivery of critical projects to achieve milestones and business outcomes. It builds and maintains strong partnerships with regional online food delivery aggregators to optimize visibility and sales, implements improvements to online menus to maximize product visibility, pricing, and presentation for higher sales conversion, and monitors costs to drive profitability via proactive decision-making and effective cost management. The position collaborates closely with internal stakeholders, ensures effective rollout of key initiatives, and enhances customer experience and revenue growth across the region.
